Every Wednesday from 5 PM- Midnight

Friendlies begin as early as Noon Saturday morning.

• 2:00 PM - Doors Open
• 6:00 PM - Friendlies Begin (Must pay tournament entry)
• 6:30 PM - Check-Ins Begin
• 7:00 PM - Continued friendlies and registration
• 7:30 PM - NASB 2, Grand Blue, and KOF Begins
• 8:00 PM - Smash Ultimate, Marvel V. Capcom and DNF Begins
• 8:30 PM - SF6, MK1, and Tekken Begins
• 9:00 PM - Strive Begins
• 12:00 AM - Venue Closes**

** This is not a strict close time. ROK employees will play it by ear.

Costs and Payments

Card, Cash, Apple Pay, CashApp, and Zelle will be allowed for payment. Cash is the perfable entry method.

• Venue: $5
• Entry per game/Prize pool: $3 per game if you pre register on startgg for free and $5 if you choose to sign up at the door.
• Total: Ideally $8 if you pre reg.

** The goal is to incentivize pre registrants and awarding a discount for it to increase numbers. This will lower prize pools however this will make for great practice sessions leading to our Monthly tournaments where players will compete for bigger pots.

** NO SHOWS: If a player signs up for a tournament, that player is expected to follow through on that commitment. If a player does not alert a TO that they are running late by 15 minutes prior to the event, they will be removed from bracket. Failure to alert a TO about any cancellations will result in a one week ban.

RULES

All Tournaments are Double Elimination

• Sets for Smash singles and NASB2 are BO3, until either Top 8 or Top 4 depending on multiple factors (time, set ups, entrant count) in which it will be BO5
• All Other games will be B05 with 16 entrants or less. With over 16 entrants sets will be B03 until top 8 which it will be B05

Smash Ultimate

Smash will be following the Riptide ruleset with 3 bans, mDSR, and the following stages: HAZARDS OFF STAGES

• Town & City
• Small Battlefield

Counterpick Stages

• Kalos Pokemon League
• Final Destination (or Wuhu Island Ω)
• Hollow Bastion
• Yoshi's Story

For game all games, if requested by your opponent, you must reveal the character you are playing before the stage is picked.

Guilty Gear Strive

• Default game settings.
• Best 3 out of 5 games per match.
• Winner must stay as the same character. Loser may switch characters.

All Other Games

• Default game settings.
• Best 2 out of 3 games per match.
• Winner's Finals, Loser's Finals, and Grand Finals are Best 3 out of 5 games per match.
• Winner must stay as the same character. Loser may switch characters.
