how does it work?

We offer hourly rates and daily rates for PC usage. Hourly rates starts at $7 and gets cheaper as you buy more time. Whatever time you don't use will carry over to your next visit and will never expire.

Our day pass is $25 for all-day gaming open to close, but only lasts for that one day.

We have a vast library of games that are pre-downloaded on all the PCs. Any game we don't have, you are welcome to download!

Do I bring my own equipment, or will equipment be provided?

All of our stations come equipped with Corsair keyboard, mouse, and headset, but you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment!

We want you to be as comfortable as possible when gaming in our venue.

I'm a console player and don't normally play on a PC, what do I do?

Our goal at ROK is to level the playing field by providing high-quality equipment for everyone to pursue their esports dreams.

We recommend bringing your own controller and cable to plug it into our systems. We do have a couple SCUF controllers that we offer on a first come first serve basis (License will be asked for as collateral).

Can I bring my own console or gaming rig?

At the moment, consoles are the only piece of equipment that are allowed to be brought in and set up.

Please note, there are limited console stations and they may already be in use.

If you bring your own console, the rate is $10 per person for the day.

Please bring your own HDMI in case we do not have one available.

How do your tournaments work?

We are currently set to host tournaments every single week. All competitors can pre-purchase tickets on our website leading up to any tournament. Please see our tournament section for more details.

Note that there is a max capacity for these tournaments and tickets may not be available on day of.

Do you cater to large groups?

We have two Private Rooms with five computers each that are available for team and/or group rentals.

Each room has its own individual cost and can be booked during any time based on current availability. Please keep in mind that one, or both, may already be reserved for your desired time slot. We recommend making reservations in advance.

Additionally, we offer bay rentals. Each bay comes with 10 PCs. You can rent one or multiple bays as needed.

Minimum rental time is 2 hours; $100 deposit is necessary at time of booking to secure your reservation and the remaining balance will be charged upon arrival.
‍
Cancellations require a min. of 24 hour notice. All deposits become NON-REFUNDABLE within the 24-hours of your reservation.
